PokoTraqr is a fan-made companion app for Pokopia. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Game Freak, Nintendo, or The Pokemon Company. All game assets, names, and characters are trademarks of their respective owners.
You may create an account using Clerk authentication (email/password or social sign-in). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account.
When you submit feedback, data corrections, or feature requests through the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to improve the Service. Your game progress data belongs to you and can be deleted at any time.
Users agree not to: attempt to circumvent security measures, reverse engineer the application, scrape or harvest user data, use the service for illegal activities, or interfere with other users' experience.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or inaccuracies in game data. Game data is community-contributed and may contain errors.
The Service may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These ads help support the free operation of PokoTraqr. Ad networks may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
