PokoTraqr ("the Service") is operated by Traqr Enterprises LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data We Collect
- Account Information: When you sign up via Clerk (email/password or social login), we store your email address, display name, and authentication tokens.
- Game Progress: Your paradise data, Pokemon collection, habitat progress, comfort tracking, and daily tasks are stored in our database (Supabase).
- Feedback & Corrections: Bug reports, feature requests, and data corrections you submit, including the page URL and timestamp.
- Analytics: We use PostHog for product analytics — pageviews, feature usage, and engagement metrics. PostHog collects anonymized usage data.
- Email: If you provide an email, we may send lifecycle emails (welcome, milestone celebrations, feedback notifications) via Resend. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How We Use Your Data
- Provide and improve the PokoTraqr experience
- Sync your progress across devices
- Send you notifications about features you requested being shipped
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the product
- Display relevant advertisements (see Advertising section)
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

- Clerk: Authentication and identity management

Advertising
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (Clerk session) and optional cookies for analytics (PostHog) and advertising (Google AdSense). You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
Email Communications
We send transactional emails (account verification, password reset) and optional lifecycle emails (welcome series, milestone celebrations, feedback status updates). All marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. We comply with CAN-SPAM requirements.

- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
